No returns or exchanges

Every saree and dupatta is a single piece, handpicked and photographed as it is. Please look through every photo and the details before you buy, and ask us anything on WhatsApp first. We're happy to send more photos or a video.

Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

As we dispatch within 24 hours, an order can only be cancelled before it ships. Message us on WhatsApp straight away and, if it hasn't left us, we'll refund you in full.

When we refund you in full

If we can't fulfil your order, for example if the same piece was paid for twice at the same moment, we refund the full amount, including any shipping charge.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days.
